. FOR THE CITY OF SÃO PAULO, DELIVERIES ARE MADE BY CARRIER DURING BUSINESS HOURS WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS AFTER PAYMENT IS CONFIRMED; AND
. FOR OTHER CITIES AND STATES, DELIVERIES ARE MADE BY SEDEX AND POSTAGE IS MADE WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS AFTER PAYMENT IS CONFIRMED. THE TIME BETWEEN POSTAGE AND ARRIVAL AT YOUR ADDRESS DEPENDS ON THE POST OFFICE.

. EXCHANGES AND RETURNS ARE ONLY POSSIBLE IF THE PRODUCTS HAVE NOT BEEN USED AND ARE IN PERFECT CONDITION AND RETURNED IN THE ORIGINAL BAG AND BOX. EXCHANGES AND RETURNS ARE ONLY APPROVED AFTER WE HAVE RECEIVED AND VERIFIED THE PERFECT CONDITION OF THE PRODUCT AND ITS PACKAGING. OUR PRODUCTS ARE DELICATE (THEY ARE HANDMADE AND WITH NATURAL RAW MATERIALS): YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR KEEPING THEM IN GOOD CONDITION. WE CAN, ON REQUEST, GIVE YOU TIPS ON HOW TO BEST PRESERVE YOUR PAIR AND REDUCE WEAR AND/OR AVOID DAMAGE;

IMPORTANT: THE ATELIER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE SHIPPING COST (RETURNING THE EXCHANGED PAIR AND SENDING THE NEW ONE) ONLY FOR THE FIRST EXCHANGE.
